Nina is the founding director of Melbourne Property Agents which commenced in 2019 with a single mission: to be the most successful, creative and ground-breaking property management consulting agency in Melbourne. .

With over 12 years industry experience from training and consulting to setting up and running property management departments Nina Sutton is your solution. Nina is experienced in managing large teams, training and consulting in Property Me and other industry software.


Since embarking on her real estate career, Nina Sutton has advised, assisted and eased the stress of countless clients. Her energy, professionalism and dedication, teamed with her friendly and easy-going nature, has secured many long-term working relationships. Nina a fully licensed agent and can often be found speaking at property management conferences as well as training & mentoring industry peers upcoming property managers.

In her spare time Nina is always looking for new ways to improve the business & enjoys to travel with her partner. Nina thrives on seeing her two teenage daughters succeed in their chosen careers.

With 15 years of experience in the industry has undoubtedly made Marta the real estate professional she is today. A high achiever, Marta has lead teams of property managers and is considered a mentor and source of constant support to her colleagues.


Her personable nature and attention to detail has earned her a well-deserved reputation for excelling in all areas of customer-orientated work and has seen her move quickly through the ranks.

No task is too big or small and she always applies the same high standard of care to every client. Marta has always enjoyed property management and is sensitive to everyone’s needs which helps her to bring people together and solve problems. She is a down-to-earth person and likes to be open with clients and colleagues so we can all work together successfully.

Marta joins Melbourne Property Agents as a partner and ensures our clients are well looked after.

In her spare time she loves a day at the beach with her fur baby poodle Willow. As well as spending time catching up with friends at local Melbourne eateries. A passion for travel Marta loves to spend her time off visiting warmer weather destinations.

Carlie is the glue of Melbourne Property Agents. Responsible for the smooth running of of our company, Carlie’s eye for detail, exceptional problem-solving abilities and amiable nature help to ensure that every client receives the best possible service from the team.


Under her watchful eye, business operations run efficiently and effectively bringing the best possible outcomes for our clients.


Pro-active, insightful and with qualifications in training and assessment, Carlie assists staff in their professional development and helps the firm as a whole to engage with local communities and important social causes.


Carlie ensures that our on-boarding of new staff aligns with our company values and that our staff are trained to a very high standard and are up to date with industry changes prior to commencing with our clients.

In her spare time Carlie works with the elderly and enjoys her free days spending time with her partner & two young daughters visiting new places, sightseeing the local areas across Victoria & creating special family memories.

Caraline joins Melbourne Property Agents as our senior consultant. With close to a decade industry experience Caraline's attention to detail is second to none.


Originally starting her career in North Queensland in the holiday accommodation 

space she has spent the last 7 years in the residential property management space.


Caraline brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and professionalism to her role and the team and is committed to delivering the highest quality of service to our clients. 


She never lets a challenge stand in her way & knows the real estate industry like the back of her hand, understands the pressures and stresses of home ownership, and goes out of her way to make our clients feel relaxed and well taken care of. 

Caraline predominately services the Geelong & Surf Coast area, having recently built her own home in Torquay she has first hand knowledge of local area.


In her spare time Caraline enjoys spending quality time with her partner and fur baby. She loves to visit local beaches and camp in rural and outback areas. She also often makes the trip to Melbourne to visit and spend time with her family & friends.

Chris is our A1 Inspection Manager. His attention to detail and bubbly personality makes him the perfect for this role. 

Chris is in charge of scheduling, booking and conduction all our inspections at Melbourne Property Agents, from entry condition reports, routine inspections, open homes, exit inspections and remote routines. 

The positive feedback we  receive from our clients is a credit to his hard work and meticulous personality . The time, care and effort he puts into his reporting creates some of the most detailed reports our industry has seen.

Chris is a sponge and always looking for ways to up skill and extend his knowledge in the Property Management industry.


When it comes to tenant selection, he leaves no stone unturned. Completing thorough reference checks and creating detailed notes on the applicants saving our clients a huge amount of time finding the perfect tenant for their clients home. 

In his spare time he enjoys learning about languages and cultures, and loves nothing more than  reading a great book.
